Thank you for taking time to visit us online. We hope you are inspired to visit us in person!

Peace Lutheran Church of Lake Zurich, Illinois is member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and a Christian church for the entire family. Through our worship and ministry, we offer the Gospel of Jesus Christ, friendships, a place to care and be cared for, celebration and hope, and opportunities for growth in faith in Jesus Christ. Our services feature traditional hymns with an emphasis on examining Jesus’ role in your life. We believe that God is constantly calling and gathering people into a growing community of believers. We are committed and called to invite people like you to join us in growing with God and with each other as an active member of this congregation.

Our Mission Statement
Our Identity ~ We are faithful children of God. Following Jesus' example, we compassionately serve and support others.
Our Deeds ~ Through the grace of God, we ask all to join us as Jesus' disciples to share our gifts with the community and the world.
Our Aspirations ~ We will create space for God in people's lives. Together, we seek to become a fully committed Christian community, energized by our worship, unified in our beliefs, and humble in our actions.

Our Core Values
  1. We worship in a Christ-centered way that is based on the Holy Scriptures and honors our Lutheran traditions, but is open to new and meaningful styles that are spiritually fulfilling and energizing.
  2. We follow Jesus' example to passionately serve and care for others. We share Christ's love with the world by participating in may outreach ministries.
  3. We intentionally include children and youth in the worship life, spiritual growth, and service opportunities of the congregation. We nurture them in their faith journey.
  4. We live as the Body of Christ, creating a sense of family where we welcome, love, support and accept all.
